Outside the town, Sant Grau d’Ardenya is a neo-Romanesque church set in the Costa Brava mountains at about 360 metres above sea level. Its position provides a wide view over the rocky coastal mountains towards the sea. The present church dates from 1882, although the site was mentioned in documents as early as 1452. The complex includes an entrance building and two side wings arranged around a central courtyard, with the church closing one end.
